Hello All, I need a help with a valuable suggestion I’ve been married for past 8 years, my wife’s family is dominating with a lawyer father, police uncle, doctor grandpa background. We were blessed with a baby girl 4 years back, but my wife never brought her to Bangalore, baby has been with my in-laws in Kakinada (Andhra Pradesh, AP) so we used to up and down to see her every quarter. we used to have wear and tear, when ever there’s any quarrel immediately my wife alerts her mom so slowly it created major differences and she left to her hometown, few months back one fine evening she called & said she got a job in Tirupati and need house hold items, so she came with packers and movers, threatened me and taken away all the house hold items since then she never returned. its been past 1 yrs. and 8 months we reached their family multiple ways, but they have never responded amicably. Finally, 2 months back they agreed, arranged a meeting with my wife but she became even more stubborn in saying that she’s NOT interested to live with me anymore, if we force she threatened like will suicide. I’ve never hurt her with any intention, its only her negative attitude and her very supporting family lead us to this situation. I’ve not taken single paisa dowry, I’ve bought a car and we went on multiple trips, I used to take her to all new Telugu movies, I used to gift her BDays, every week we used to go restaurants, for baby also I used to buy many toys/cloths and sent through online or personally. But still she doesn’t know what she wants. I live in Bangalore, wife lives in Tirupati, Baby is in Kakinada. Now, they are neither encouraging for any open discussions nor for settlements, they are not giving my wife’s address as well. She has blocked my number, blocked whatsapp, blocked facebook so no communication at all so what should I do?

A. dear client kindly file some cases against her like Restitution of Conjugal Right and child custody to protect yourself.

Dear sir. My sister got registered fir 498a and 406 against husband. Now we are going to make compromise by filling mutual consent divorce and quashing of fir. My question is that will fir be quashed before final motion of mcd 13b or has to wait till the decree of divorce

A. dear client if charge sheet is not filed then request the police to file no case report. Otherwise he has to approach high court for quash FIR.

Hello, i am umesh karkera.i married in the year 2014 and i have a son which is 3years old.i live abroad and my wife lives with my mother in my mother's house.after 2years of marriage she started arguing with me and there after with my mother.i give her more then enough money for her and my son's expenses.she started harrasing my mother physically and used to throw all the important property documents and blackmail me and my mother that she would kill her self and my son. she has some mental illness and im even consulting her to the doctor whereas i was unware about this before marriage.she does this because she doesnt want me to share my money with my mother and for the maintenance of my mothers house where she lives.she only misbehaves with my family and not with others.i even complained about this in the nearest police station.i have a flat in mumbai and my sister is the nominee of the house and i pay my loan every month that is 17lakhs and my mother's house is in karnataka.my wife is not working but she is capable enough to work by her own. as she has passed her bcom.now she doesnt live with us she lives with her parents. 1)does she has any right over my house or my mothers house?? 2) do i have to pay any alimony after giving divorce??? 3)what if she is not willing to give divorce??? 4) in who's custody will be my son?

A. Dear sir
Wife entitled for maintenance only

From then in my father's house my mother and my small brother's family are living in it. I have a fear that my father's property will be given to my small brother. Now I want to know that 1) In present who has the right in my father's property. 2). Can my father's property will be given to my small brother. 3) Can I claim a part of the property from my mother.
