I have posted the same question before in this site and got back few replies. But now I wanted to add more points to it to have a more clear picture about the matter. So I am reposting the same question with some more points. I am a girl who have been subjected to mental and physical torture by my father since the age of 7 and even today. My mother was always helpless in this situation.I couldn't collect any proof of this torture of my father because I didn't have any recorder or mobile phone. My father didn't allow me to experience the love of my mother. He always tried to separate me from my mother. My mother never spoke or reported about this torture as she was scared that her family pride and status would get ruined in the society.I was left alone and lost my childhood. He always abuses me verbally(bad words).I grew up without getting any love or care.I didn't file a case against my father only for the sake of my mother. At the age of 19, I fell in love with my best friend(elder to me), who is an employee, financially sound person and belongs to my religion and caste.Unfortunately, a girl who is his college friend along with her family emotionally blackmailed my boyfriend and his family to marry her.We still don't know the cruel motive behind the blackmail.Being terrified, he married her and after that he didn't accept her or maintain any physical relationship with her as he was loyal to me.This girl along with her family mentally abused my boyfriend and tried to create conflicts between him and his family members and filed a fake dowry case which was proved fake later on.After one year, he divorced her by mutual consent without giving any maintenance. Now he has got a divorce decree. This girl along with her parents came to my house and threatened me several times.I became a severe depression patient due to tragic incidents that happened in my life and now I have completely recovered.Since my boyfriend is a divorcee, my father and my mother's brother don't want me to marry him because they find marrying a divorcee to be something shameful. Both of them tortured me mentally and physically and also took away my mobile phone. My mother's brother threatened me that he would kill me and my boyfriend.I can't bear anymore this torture from my father and uncle.I want to marry my boyfriend and start a happy new life.I am 20 years old now.I want to leave my house and stay separately as I can't bear the physical and mental torture by my father and uncle. If I go and live separately in a hostel, will my father and uncle be able to bring me back home legally? If I file a complaint in the police station against the domestic violence of my father and uncle without any proof, will I be able to get my mobile phone and belongings(my official documents from my home) back and live separately in a hostel without any legal issues?I want to marry him as soon as possible through a register marriage.I am scared that my father and uncle would find out this during the 30 day objection period and house arrest me.I can't bear the separation anymore. In order to marry my boyfriend legally, is it necessary to have a medical certificate from my doctor claiming that I have completely recovered from depression and mentally fit now?How to save myself legally from this domestic violence and marry him safely?

A. Dear client you are adult and have legal age of taking decision.we allready discuss with you that you can marry with your choice.no one can force you.

Dear sir/madam I am a divorced girl want to marry in the registar office..my name was different in the divorce decree from my certificates..can I avoid to submit the divorce decree..as my name was not found in the court records

A. Dear Client,
You have to tell and fill up the Form ( real name before your 1 st marriage).
There is another column where you have to mention the marital status.. you write Divorcee.
Do not conceal /suppress any information. You have the right to Remarry. No body can stop. Please do legally.Try to find out an Advocate through Vidhikarya.com

There are 8 legal hier for my father's property. How can i get my share from my father's account in bank. Others are not willing to take cash from the bank. Please help.

A. Dear Client,
All the legal heirs are entitled to get property(movable and immovable).Similarly, all the legal heirs are entitled to get equal share from the Bank where your Father had kept the money. This can be done two ways.1. The Nominee can withdraw the money and distribute or any one legal heir can also suggest to the bank to distribute the money among all the legal heirs. Now the next question, if other legal heirs are not interested to take cash, give the money to them either through Cheque/Bankers Cheque/Demand Draft/NEFT transfer etc. There is no problem with regard to mode of transfer.
