A. apply for maintenance along with interim maintenance.
children can get property only if its ancestral property otherwise he have rights on his self earned property.
but he can not sell it, if he try to sell it then you add residence order along with maintenance .

As the behaviour of the daughter in law has changed after the marriage and as you said there is a difference of opinion so it is much more better that you all may proceed ahead with mutual divorce and pertaining to your question number 1 if you think ok that she may file false complaint against you relating to dowry or something else then you may get the anticipatory bail in your favour and relating to second question the son should speak with his wife.

people even travel 100 kms for work.
even many women lawyers travel more than that.
if possible then getting work near home for less salary can be option but people want everything which is not possible.

however it is natural to be tired and due to current stressful working conditions, physical and mental wearout is common and many couples are facing issues of marital duties.

for living separate you dont need law. nobody can force anybody to live with anyone.
