A. 1. The marriage which was solemnized with with various lies / cheating by himself and/or his family members, can be void and nullified by the court. Clear evidences are required to get the court decree.
2. If you unable to prove the lies / cheating by himself and his family members then i suggest you to go for divorce.

A. Here surname does not become relevant as long as there is no dispute about the identity of the person. Your mother can bring an injunction order on the ground that she vested on that house and property and cannot be evicted.

A. You should first inform these matters to your parents. If they are on your side, you can prosecute him. Looking at your language it appears to me without them you alone cannot go the legal way.
