If the property is not ancestral and has been simply inherited by you then you can write a will as per your desire. And, If it is an ancestral property then even your adopted children have a claim on it.

You may file a complaint for criminal intimidation under Sections 503 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Following this, you can file for injunction or a restraining order against those family members that are threatening you. I'd also advise you to move to another locality so you can live without fear.
