If you want divorce, you can consult your wife and can take divorce on mutual consent.
However, if she disagrees, you can file a petition for divorce under any other ground of divorce.
Although, you can also seek restitution of conjugal rights from court.
Along with all this, you can claim visitation rights to meet your child.
