Contested mein app apne jusrisdiction k antargaat,court mein ek contested petititon daal k divorce paa sakte hai. Mutual divorce mein aapko karibaan 6 mahine lag sakta hai . Par contested wale mein time nhi bola jaa sakta hai wo saal bhar bhi lag sakta hai or usse zyada bhi.

If you are sure about the case status which was passed in your favour then apply for a certified copy of the judgement of the case by which you can prove that you are no longer an accused. take Advocate's help regarding this.
and if possible then communicate with the Police to find out the proper reason for impounding.
