icon I got registered married with my bf without my parents' permission and they do not about this. Now they want me to go for registered marriage can I do it again?

I got registered married with my bf without my parents' permission and they do not about this. but now my parents accepted and they want our marriage to be registered as they don't know about our marr

A. wow.
you can keep on to marry new like 1 for mother, 1 for father, 1 for granny, 1 for grandpa, 1 for mama, 1 for chacha, 1 for sister, 1 for brother and so on.
How may marriages you want to do ?

But unfortunately you can marry only once and for 2nd marriage you have to take divorce first.

You are major and nobody can interfere into your private life. You may approach Civil Court and file a suit for permanent injunction restraining your parents and others from interfering into your private offence and your self decisions.

A. Dear Sir/Madam,
You seems to have attained age of majority so nobody can interfere into your life. Better stay away from home by issuing legal notice and paper publication. If there is any physical harassment by your parents then lodge complaint with higher police officers.

A. Hello Ma'am
You could ask for your share in the property of you father. If you father has left a will then the property would be divided according to that will otheriwise it would be divided among all the legal heirs according to the hindu succession act. You could get a legal heir certificate from the court and claim your share in the property.
Thanks.

A. Hi,
The wife can ask for maintenance. There are some provisions that give the wife the right to claim maintenance from her husband. Section 125 of the Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC), 1973 provides an effective remedy for neglected persons to seek maintenance, especially for a wife in India.

A. Hello
I’m assuming you still live at home. Because of this, your parents see you as a dependent child, and see themselves as your caregivers. It’s a natural instinct, to protect those you support, and in your parents’ case, it manifests as control. Be independent; move out, and show you are determined to care for yourself. If they persist in trying to “control” your life (and I’m not certain what you mean — are they trying to enforce a curfew? did they tell you they don’t like yo ...ReadMore

A. Dear Sir,

If these cases has already been filed against you then you must contest it by appointing an advocate and if you want to live with your wife and is not interested in giving divorce to her, then, you have the option of filing petition under section 9 of HMA (Restitution of Conjugal Rights).

A. Hello Ma'am
If you want get seperate from your husband then you have all righta to file a divorce case in the court. Also you could cliam maintenance if you are not working. But you cannot claim his mother's property. Although your children could claim share in that property of your mother in law and your husband.
