My husband is on H1B and myself on H4 dependent visa. We are married in Feb’20 and I stayed with him in US until we came to India in Feb’21. We had misunderstandings and last week he left to US.

A. Matrimonial matter ko pyar se solved karna chahiye. Aap ke kathanusar ki kuch miss understanding ho gai hai hum dono ke bich. Usko apash me sitting karke solved karne ka paryash karna chahiye. Ho sakta hai koi solution nikal jae.
Agar nhi nikalta hai tab aap court me case file kar sakte hai.
Court case is last option hai.

A. Hi,
Both the son and the daughter are allowed to pay maintenance under the new law. It is up to the parents to determine whether or not they are prepared to accept the daughter's upkeep. The amount of maintenance will be determined by a mutually agreed upon rate between the two parties, as well as the family members' needs.

In the case of a fake dowry case, the respondent has to reply to the charges. the innocence of the person will be brought forward and no innocence will be treated as guilty.

The decision will be based on the parties' mutual consent as well as a stipulation in the divorce agreement. In most situations, however, if the kid is with the mother, the father is granted the order to travel to the child's location.

A. Dear Sir,
It is nothing but violation of Court orders and you can directly walk into any nearest police station and get back your child as per the court orders. Otherwise you may approach the Court and file miscellaneous application and also file contempt petition.

You may immediately approach local lawyer and apply for anticipatory bail and avoid approaching the police physically since you may be arrested by them. Better seek some time and in the meanwhile get anticipatory bail through Advocate.
