Can anyone tell me how can I legally seperate from my father and after seperating what to do if he is still interfaring in your life and making affecting your mental peace

A. Vaise to law me separate hone ka koi procedure nhi hai. But generally kuch steps liye jaate hai.
Jaise ki aap apne guardian ko legal notice send kar sakte hai. News paper me published kara sakte hai or superior authority ko application move kar sakte hai.
Ye sabhi documents apne pass rakhe.

Agar mere father lic me paisa jama karwa rahe hain...and..bhot sare family issues ke wajah se main agar apne father se relationship tod deta hu to wo LIC ka money kiske account me ayega?mere ya mere f

A. Everything would depend on the details that was filled in the application form. Now since the policy is in your name and I am assuming its a life insurance policy and you are talking of survival benefit then you can approach any LIC agent to fetch the details of the policy and then change the bank account details of the beneficiary and that way you can get the money directly into your account.
