Jaise ki aap apne guardian ko legal notice send kar sakte hai. News paper me published kara sakte hai or superior authority ko application move kar sakte hai.

A. Everything would depend on the details that was filled in the application form. Now since the policy is in your name and I am assuming its a life insurance policy and you are talking of survival benefit then you can approach any LIC agent to fetch the details of the policy and then change the bank account details of the beneficiary and that way you can get the money directly into your account.

Its a phase in life. Parents do appear very controlling during adolescent phase. But their intention for the betterment of their children. You should talk to your family and make them aware of your mental health and depression, surely they will understand. You can also enlist the help of counsellors to tackle the issue.
