You can collect the details from the official website. A person having income including stock trading income has to disclose income from stock trading in the return of income.

If it is not based in India then you cannot file any effective suit in Indian Courts. However to amicably settle the matter you may get issue a strong legal notice and try to putforth your strong evidence and thus they may come for settlement.

A. Dear Sir,
You may approach Court preferable High Court and get appropriate orders. Normally Courts will interfere and it will be de-frozen and you can operate the funds on your undertaking on a bond paper.

This is breach of contract that you had with your customer from his side and also fraud by him to not pay pre-emi of the loan. You can file both civil and criminal case against him. But first try to have an amicable solution to your problem through arbitration method as that is less time consuming.

A. Hi,
You can settle the matters amicably and ask the lender for some time since it is clear that you are willing to pay back the borrowed sum. If he approaches the court then the suit will be already delayed and you are likely to get ample time.
