It seems that lot of members have suffered the same fate and they have lodged complaint with the government authorities. You can send them a legal notice asking them to repay your matured due amount else you can take a legal action against them.
Since they are headquartered in Kolkata hence if required we can represent you in filing a case against them.

If a loan is taken you have to repay it that is the way how it works legally.
However, if you need some time you can make an application of the same to your bank in writing.
You can send a legal notice to the bank through your advocate by seeking a time period to pay the same.
