Sir I am a Government Servant, In July 2017 i got selected for the post of Hindi translator. My last joining date was 30 Sep 2017, but i was issued movement order from office on 31 Oct 18 (one month late) and i reached Office on 03 Nov 2017 (one month late). on 03 Nov 2017 reported DGFT office in the morning and met the officer, but i was told that you have reported one month late to this office, you bring reason from your parent department and after that we will accept your movement order and papers. i came back to my parent office on 06 Nov 17 and gave in writing the explanation demanded by the Office where i had to join the post on higher rank. but parent office has not given me reason for sending me late to the New office in Delhi where i had got post on higher position Class II. and since Nov 2017 till today i am not in receipt of any payment from government office. am i able to get interest rate with my payment and at the what rate? and what procedure i have to follow for it. please give me free suggestion.

there were electricity poles in our land so we want to build a house on that land so we request the electricity board to remove the poles from our by rerouting the line and we paid the estimated amount for that. now work for rerouting of wires were going on but some people are stopping the electricity board workers to work. saying they will not allow passing the electrical wires from the front of there houses. I want to know can they stop electricity board workers. how can I solve this matter

The people cannot stop the Electricity people have absolute right under Indian Electricity Act.

Dear sir,My father is suspended from the last 9 months from his service on the charges of issuing tender to us n the company is claiming it fraud ...we followed all the due procedure to get the tender ..our bid was the lowest among 4 other bids ..I want to know can we challenge the order of suspension ??

a govt employee did fraud with me.he give me a cheque of Rs. 6 lakh which is bounced by bank.i am already give him notice by my advocate and going to file case. i want to do him suspend from his duty or to stop his after service benefits until the case is solved.what should i do as per govt of wb service rule???

Dear sir.. I had taken admission in a medical college for second round.. And now suddenly they denied a third round and say we cant leave the seat without paying the bond.. I have not yet signed a bond.. So can they still force me to pay the bond? My certificate will remain with them any way i can get th3m back

A. Yes, The college will enforce their terms & rules and also take legal recourse.

in my colony the roads are being built very poor quality by the contractor and he is damaging all the water pipes. water supply board is just ignoring and keep on telling us that is not our duty. what should i do. no reply from muncipal commissioner

A. dear client in your issue you can Take the issue with your local councilor/Nagarsevak Corporator and colony people with all concerned authorities & file complaint before the competent authorities for quick action. or simply you can file a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) petition before High Court.

Sir, i was working for a small scale company, and our company was working under other company's supervisions. Our company boss hasn't paid our monthly payments from september 2017 and yet we haven't seen any chance of payment. He is just saying that, when the higher company will pay him then only he will pay to us.. He filed a case against that company. Still, isn't there some law or something that we can do against him, so that we can get our monthly salary..

A. dear client in your case kindly Lodge a complaint with the labour commissioner, 2. Send a legal notice to the company to get your salary.
