A. Where have you read or seen that all the schools including the private schools and the school where your daughter is studying is suppose to provide free schooling to such children. First of understand the provisions properly and then raise the requests to the school authorities otherwise they will unnecessarily pinpoint you.

Within one year of the marriage it can be annulled if proper evidence is produced before the Family Court that marriage was not done with free consent of the girl. Immediately get file police complaint and approach Family Court for annulment of marriage.

College not issuing leaving certificate after graduation
Sir I complete my graduation in 2009, and now I am looking for further study, so I apply leaving certificate, but College is refusing and told me no leaving certificate is providing after graduation.

A. Dear Sir,
First get know the procedure. Normally such certificate will be sent to the other institution if you admit. Normally there cannot be any Leaving Certificate after graduation. If you join another University then you have to get Migration Certificate from your previous university.

A. Dear Sir,
It is called public interest litigation case (PIL) only before High Court of your State. Normally Rs. 100/- will be charged as Court fee but you have to hire high profile advocate otherwise if Court is not properly convinced then it will be dismissed by imposing heavy cost on the Petitioner that is the person who files such case.

There is virtually little you can do to get your daughter back if she is beyond the age of 18 and has married of her own free decision. Furthermore, a legitimate marriage is one in which saptapadi and all other essential rites were conducted during the marriage. Your only option is to inform your daughter of your viewpoints and let her to make her own decision.
