In vijaywada, does house owners are allowed to collect rent on students even they returned to their homes during lockdown? (From April to June)

Payment of rents are postponed but not waived off. You being a young person must understand the situation and stand in the shoes of land owner and take decision thinking that he is your father and solely dependent upon the rents only. Govt and banks have not given any concession. Please read extensively and try to understand the people and their problems. Please give me Rank 5 if you feel my answer helped you.

The government of india has invoked disaster management act and as such certain fundamental rights pertaining to travel has been suspended.
So if at all you have any necessity , you can obtain travel passes from your police station who in turn will grant you passes for inter-district travel. Courts have said clearly that if there is any emergency, citizens can obtain permission from police and travel.
