After MSEFC & Arbitrator award respondent approached court and stayed the award. Payment delayed from March 2018 and awarded in Jun 2021 to settle the payment in 3 instalments from Aug2021.

A. What is your question and what do you want to know. If they have stayed the award then challenge that award in the court of law and unless you do it you are not going to get anything out from the award. Seek help of a lawyer to take care of this.

A. If you were not working in the managerial category then you can approach the Labor Commissioner and lodge a complaint against the company but if you are at managerial level then you are not covered under the Labour laws and you will have to move the civil court for wrongful termination and file a civil case for breach of contract.

A. Hi,
You have the option of getting in touch with your employer to query about this amicably. Or you can register a complaint at the office of the labour commissioner of your region. You may further query with any employment association as well.

A. if only 2 partners then it is dissolved.
if more than 2 partners then remaining partners can induct new partner as per partnership deed.
