how you are affected in all this ?

you can not use someone else case against manager for your case of unethical conduct.

A. Hi,
You can raise a claim either in labour Court, or file a civil suit for damages on the grounds of breach of contract. You will be able to recover whatever amount you are owed through the Court's decree.

Is hearing on notice possible in labour court under section 11a? It is only for section 10a right?

Notice is an essential part of any legal process. As such, notice can be issued under Section 11A and other sections, it is not limited to Section 10A.
