You can claim insurance from Railway Department as every ticket issued to the passenger is duly insured by the department having collected premium from the passenger. Apart from this you may claim compensation from the Railway Department since they failed to provide medical facility to the passengers. Get issue a legal notice and then file two different cases before two forums one before consumer Court and another before High Court.
