If the will is authentic which it appears to be as the will is registered then you/your father cannot claim anything out of that property. If the property was self acquired property of your grandfather then absolutely not but if it was ancestral then you can challenge that will.

There is still no judicial precedent on this in India. Section 52 of the Copyright Act that regulates fair use does not cover fan art within the scope of the copyright law . Thus, a license is essential to create and sell such work. It is advised to stay on the safer side to avoid law suits.

A. He has not got the domain name registered in his company's name and if you too have the business entity having the XYZ name then you can have the domain name but if you just have the domain name and not the business entity then probably the court will pass an order in his favour.

Registering a trademark gives you legal protection even though it is not mandatory to register the trademark. You can sue those who use your trademark for any purpose and has the right to get compensation in case of any loss.

A. Hi,
You can sue him. You have the right to get the amount which he has agreed for your work. Issue him a legal notice asking to pay the sum and you can also ask for compensation if you had any loss because of his delay.
