A. If your basic amenities are disturbed, them immediately take photos of the same and lodge police complaint against the erring persons, make sure that, you clear all bills as and when they are due.
They cannot evict you without following due process of law, and that, you pay all the rent as on date, if any month's rent is due, send it through Check / Money order etc., so that, you are not projected as defaulter.

A. The LAST OPTION is best -- my options that my money is not blocked and so u don't have to keep on chasing my landlord for my money. Instead tell him I DON'T HAVE ANY MORE MONEY , give him three months notice, so that you wont pay him for next three months and ur security money would be adjusted against that deposit... Ur landlord is very miser person.. be careful... getting money from him is not an easy task...

What do you mean accountable receipt.Is accountable receipt equivalent to rent receipt? My landlord is providing me accountable receipt as a receipt of rent payment?Is it legal?What to do?

A. Accountable receipt is equivalent to the rent receipt but it is better to very clearly specify that it is the rent receipt as in the column of accountable received.... it can be understood for goods and services or the money received but the purpose of such accountable received is not known till the end ......again he can make adverse claim that he has not received the rent so it is is better to you tell write it as rent received kindly mention it very specifically that it is rent receipts... A. you have to enter into new rent agreement then only pay the rent to new owner. Also get copy of sale deed.
