It is not so easy. Let your land lady go to the Court and it will take 2 to 3 years in trial court then High Court it will take another 2 years. Fight leisurely.

Your landlord cannot you threaten you for eviction. It's illegal. He must provide a minimum 30 days prior notice to you.
In that case, my suggestion would be to go to the nearest P. S lodge a complain . Or another way would be to take some time and shift at a new place.
