Yes, immediately we can take action against credit card recovery agency for sending bogus email. Also as per RBI recovery agency are NOT allowed to harass the clients for non-payment of dues..... You can sue them in court... Discuss in more detail & there is a way to make them bind all the legal obligations & they will have to follow the RBI- regulatory rules..
