Hi, I am working in a government organisation since 12 years. I have a 3years old kid, we are a nuclear family and we both spouses are working. As we don’t have anyone other then us to look after our son, so we can’t work in same hours, because one of us have to be with kid at one time.The problem is that, at my work place my controlling authority is neither giving me ccl nor adjusting whit my working shifts(as I have shift job), however I am entitled for 730 days ccl in my entire job duration until my child will turn 18 years old. Hi I am working in a labour right organisation from jan 2017. I applied for my maternity benefit last week and today I got a mail from my org that my service would be ended by 31 dec because of lack of resources. They are denying my right. What can I do?

Hello sir, I am a primary teacher in Uttar Pradesh govt. I am 4 months pregnant. I have applied for inter district transfer from Azamgarh on the ground of husband's working place and residence in January 18 and get transferred to my third choice Bulandshahr in june 18. During councilling basic Shiksha Adhikari appointed me to a school which is 130+ km away from my residence. It is impossible for me to travel this distance in this condition and doctors have also forbidden me from traveling long distances. I tried to communicate this matter with my basic Shiksha Adhikari and district magistrate of Bulandshahr but they denied any kind of support. Please suggest me what I can do now?

I have joined on May 2017 and worked 120 days in an government service sector under contract basis. From september 2017 I took maternity leave and I applied my consultancy (mumbai)for MB . They asked me to send documents for company approval. But my working company (chennai)stopped the process stating that am outsourced. Government won't give money when you are in leave. So we can't provide MB and rejected my rejoining. Is an outsourcing women eligible for MB? CiteHr( forum) connected by many HR from varies cities said you are eligible. Kindly contact labour commissioner.Please Give your valuable suggestion to get clear idea and process further..

A. What are your terms of service on contact, outsourced, service conditions, have you obtained prior permission of ML. & what about your continuation of services. better to consult a family lawyer to take up the issue quickly.

Hi. I've been in this company for over two years now. Got pregnant on December 2017 and my due date is on September 04, 2018. My ESI coverage was only till February 2018 (15k gross salary) since I got higher post with salary increment (21,820 gross salary). I came to know that I can claim ESI full pay- which is 15K (ESI coverage period salary) for the complete 6 months of maternity leave. Whereas I also came to know that I can ask my company for the complete payment of my current pay - which my HR denies. What can I do on this? Can I claim the rest of the gross salary (21,820-15,000 = 6820 Rs) from my company? Or will my ESI coverage get cancelled and I should go forward claiming my full salary from company alone for 6 months? My HR also says that if my ESI coverage gets cancelled, they can even cut my maternity leave to 3 months or accordingly and not pay me/pay me just basic salary for just 3 months of approved leave. Kindly advise.

A. if you are covered under ESIC then the salary for the period will be paid by ESIC along with the medical care.
