A. Dear Client,
Collect any evidence you have, such as the video confession, records of communication, or any other relevant documentation. This evidence may be crucial in proving your case. The video you have in which your wife confesses to being in a relationship with her boyfriend before and after marriage could be considered evidence of adultery, which is a ground for divorce under Section 13(1)(i) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.

If you have serious grievance as per the above mentioned question then you should and must take it up with your senior officers and if required you can file a legal case in the Armed Forces Tribunal too. But before doing that ensure that you have sufficient ground to go ahead.

A. Dear Client,
You will have to ask for a Non-Objection Certificate (NOC) from the lawyer who was working on your cases and then use it through the vakalnama of the new lawyer. If the lawyer refuses to give Consent or NOC, then you can engage another lawyer and file a document in writing (by the client) under Rule 4(2) of Order III of the Code of Civil Procedure for leave of court to terminate the appointment of the previous lawyer.
