Dear client,
The prolonged delay and lack of prosecutorial evidence in the case provide strong grounds for seeking the closure of the case with the exoneration of the accused. By filing an application for discharge, a petition to quash the FIR, or a motion for dismissal due to lack of prosecution, and citing the constitutional right to a speedy trial, the accused has a solid basis for seeking relief from the ongoing legal proceedings. The right to a speedy trial is enshrined in the Constitution

Dear Client,
According to Section 185 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol is punishable with suspension of driving license and a fine of ₹10,000 or imprisonment of up to 6 months or both. The insurance company can deny your claims on the grounds of violation of law. Hence, it is important to adhere to the same and refrain from such acts in the future.
