In Muslim Law Second wife is also a legitimate wife, so as like the first wife the second wife is also entitled to claim the share in the Pension of her deceased husband and further the second wife have rights to claim on the ancestral or self acquired properties of her deceased husband.

As per Muslim Law, Second wife is also a legal wife , as per shariat prevailed you have every right to get the share in the pension and other immovable properties of your husband. Better to challenge the AG orders in the respective High Court'

A. No, your message is not valid and the same is of no use. Your and your child are entitled to maintenance and amount may be upto 50 percent of income of your husband.
