A. Dear client, send a legal notice to the supplier regarding the refund or supply of the product. Then you can file a complaint in the consumer court under consumer protection act for deficiency in service. The court will award you compensation accordingly.

A. Dear Sir,
You may approach the chartered accountant for detailed advise basing upon your financial source of income. Normally, such amount is taxable in the hands of tax paid but depending upon your eligibility for getting exemption you may discuss with chartered accountant.
