Yes you may file a complaint against that person and after proper investigation. So, If a false FIR has been lodged against a person then under section 482 of CrPC, the person can approach The High Court by filing an application for the quashing of the false FIR and The High Court, if convinced that the FIR has been falsely implicated, can use its Inherent power under Section 482 Crpc to quash the FIR

You may contact the person and ask the person to delete the picture and record the conversation, for proof. Else, if you want to proceed legally then you may take help of an advocate who can talk to him for you with some minimal charges. In case, the scene worsens, you may proceed to your nearest police station and file a complaint against the same person or move to the court and raise a case for the same

No, you cannot do this as it will be against the rules and regulations of the jobs and hence, illegal. Even if you submit the full amount, you cannot do this. However, if the private job you are referring to involves self-employment and is home based such as tuitions, etc. then it may be permissible depending upon your organisations rules.

Using of slangs and abusive language at public place is a crime. It constitutes not only public nuisance and harassment but also beach of one's privacy and modesty. You reserve all the right to go to a police station and file a complaint against those boys. You may record the scene from distant for proof and take out their identities (if possible) and lodge a complaint against them.

Caste certificate is issued by the state government basis the domicile. You have to showcase the domicile of a particular state to get the caste certificate of that state. By showing certificate issued by Karnataka it is not possible for Maharashtra to issue a caste certificate.

Since that is a public park, a lot of people come and spend time there. Performing yoga and chanting slokas are not offenses. But if they use any instruments to amplify their voice, such as the use of loudspeakers, and cause disturbance to the public, you can move legally.

Since you have married under the muslim personal laws, then the muslim laws will apply accordingly. As per the Muslim Personal Law the mother is entitled only to the custody of the person of her minor child up to a certain age according to the sex of the child but all other purpose father is the legal guardian. However, you can file a case of domestic violence against him and a case of sexual harassment against the father in law.

You are attained the age of major and you should not become nervous. You may take personal consultancy from many legal expert to instill confidence in you and in future you should not do such objectionable activities since sometimes her parents may lodge complaints of attempt to kidnap such girl etc.
