Boja OR claim removed in 1997 on 7/12 utara but again shown after 21 years as at present tahsil office ask to give proof of pmt. to remove boja OR claim but at present I am not having any proof available as case is 45 yrs old As Tahsil office is not ready to remove boja There is 70 yrs old bldg. declared dhokadayak in which 10 families are staying unauthorised as they are not owner or tenant now 7 families shifted to other place on owner request but 3 families are not ready to leave room. If building collapse if anybody harm. Govt. will put on responsibility on owner At present after our reqeust letter to mulcipal authoirty they are not ready to take out those 3 families out of bldg. At present owner is paying house of dhokadayak bldg. to mulcipalty . in above 2 maters I want appeal to higher authority against Tahsil office and against mulcipal authority ambarnath Pls. advise me what to do and if appeal how much will be expenses to pay.

Property given on rent with registered agreement expired in July18. Tenantdoes not provide rent on time, monthly rent received after 4 months on repeated followups. Cheques provided bounces. When ask them to vacate premises and clear previous dues, they does not respond. On follwups , talks rudely. Neither give comsent for agreement renewal What to do, pls guide?

Dear sir/Madam, There is a 11 kv electricity tower just next to the boundary of my residential property which is situated in a residential area in my town. I am exploring ways to complain about this to the electricity departments to move the electricity tower away from the residential area but am unaware of how to proceed and what rights do I have regarding strengthening my complaints. Hi , My parents are separated since 2005 ,my father took away property Papers of house which is in my mother's name and he is not willing to return papers . We have asked him many times to return back the papers as we want to sell the property and move on but he refused. What shall I do in this case. My mother is not ready to take legal action against him . What options I can have

sir, i am buying a property from blind lady She is Unmarried 50 Years Old, She is Staying at Elder Brother's House. The Property Holder is Her Mother Written a "WILL" in 1997 to her Blind Daughter after her Death. Her Mother Died in 2008, The Present Property Holder is the Blind Daughter, The Present Property is in "ASSIGNED LAND" That's Not Registered Present Day. How to Buy a Property from The Property Holder, what's the Document Required From Property Holder Please Explain? I AM INTERESTED ABOUT THAT PROPERTY

Mother has a land Lord. But son wife asking share as a son died even having one baby girl 10 years old. issue is both married against parent and stay separately. Even husband share she's asking but mother told my son died now what relation you maintain as the case Mother old 60 Now. Son died three month back now suddenly putting pressure for property share.. some doubt will arise as son died suddenly due to pressure her wife asking share even he don't ask share because he married against parents. Please advice what steps mother will take.

hi, My flat has gallery size of (Length×Height) (21ft × 14 ft). I had made gallery grill of size (21 ft × 7 ft) in yr 2009. now I have extended my flat existing gallery grill to my gallery top side of wall. and there is no windows or door of others flat holders. i have not made any room inside the gallery. can society take any objection or rights to dismantle the extended grill structure ?
