can the RWAs in Delhi restrict the entry of nonresidents of a barricaded society inside the society for use of the public park? are these parks private parks only for use of residents or these are pub


A. There are not quite repository of these rules which we can refer to and get to know all. What you have to do is to collate data from multiple sources in bits and pieces an then join them together.
If its public park created and maintained by local government authorities like MCD then anyone and everyone regardless of background can access them.
A private RWA cannot in no way block the access.

A. Hello Sir
You could get the whole land in a case where your father leaves a will for you and give all the land to you. Otherwise the property would be divided equally among all the legal heirs according to the Hindu Succession Act.
If you father is alive then you could ask your father to gift the property in your in order transfer solely in your name.

The builder can through the use of any means get the CC from the MCD, however there is a major deviation from the sanctioned plan, therefore without proper regularization, the building can be demolished. You should avoid this property. It may cause trouble for you.

The best course of action would be that to file a suit for partition in the local civil court in whose jurisdiction the property is located. Thereon, the property would be divided to the legal heirs proportionate to their shares in the property.

You cannot have complete rights over a property in a sub lease agreement, you would be required to register that property in your name in order to sell that property and have complete rights over that. Although you could go with the option broker is suggesting to have the possession of that property.

Hello sir as your society is RWA society that means it have some rules and regulations which they made while forming the society. It would he advised to first look in those rules and act according to that. Also the builder could handover the society to the RWA once all the amenities and work remaining in the society is completed. Once the RWA is formed it has rights to look after the work and smooth functioning of the society.

An occupancy certificate (OC), issued by the local authorities, certifies that a building is fit for occupation and has been constructed as per the approved plan and in compliance with local laws.
You could collect the same from the Revenue Department or the Municipality or the Gram Panchayat of that particular area.

A. Hi,
For property registration, any government-issued identification card can be used; a voter card is not required. Most of the time, the Aadhar card does half the work in registrations or where formal work is required to be done.

You had ample time to make checks and inquiries as you had to make payment of your lifetime savings.
Nobody told you that 4th floor is usually illegal.
maybe you not told any of your friends and relatives of your purchase.
you not took loan also.
you not approached lawyer to verify property papers.
