it is very clear that from the year 2005 even the daughters have the right in the ancestral property and hence you have the legal right. Now to execute that legal right what you have to do is to send a legal notice to all the other legal heirs following which if they partition the property as per the partition deed then its all fine else you can file a partition suit in the civil court.

If you have all the original ownership documents related to the said plot of land and it is been proved before the learned court that the said alleged transaction of the land at present has been done by fraud and/ or coercion then the said transaction shall be made null and void by the learned court and you may also be entitled to get a compensation for such harassment.

As you have mentioned that you have cleared all the charges and taxes you will not be liable to pay the said amount. It is simply a matter of clerical error that the records are not updated and you got the notice instead of the new owner.

Kindly note that your uncle needs to have signatures of your cousins on the sale deed for it to be valid. As you mentioned the nature of the property is ancestral hence your cousins will have a right to the property and a right to decide if their portion is to be sold or not.
