A. If your grandfather has acquired the ancestral property then you have a right to claim, if such property was self-acquired by your grandfather then you have no right.

A. The revenue department on its own cannot revoke the Hon'ble High Court Order and by pass it. Also the lower court DC does not have enough power to overlook or go beyond the order passed by the High Court. You should reach out to the High court raise a concern against the action of the DC court as well as all the revenue department to set all things right.
