A. Dear Sir,
You have to enquire with revenue department in respect of original survey number as to whether any portion of such survey number were allotted to SC/ST people. If possession is with the present vendor you can purchase and enter into physical possession and file a suit for declaration or permanent injunction and get a dummy civil decree in your favour.

However, based on the document of the transaction of money between you and the seller and the evidence of eyewitnesses, serving a legal notice, you can file a civil suit for specific performance against the seller seeking an order for registration of the said property in your ...ReadMore

A. Dear client, if your sister is major then she can marry whoever she wants. The property which is in her name is her property having absolute right over it.
