My elder sister has rented the house given to her by my father and now she wants to stay with us. At present I , my mother and my father are staying in this house. I and my mother do not want my sister to stay with us. My father is old and helpless. Is there any provision to prevent her from staying in our house.

You may get file a case through your old parents restraining her to enter your house.

I have around 2 acre land in Vizianagaram district. The MRO had sent a notice indicating the intention of Govt of Andhra Pradesh to acquire this land for affordable housing project. I understand Govt of Andhra Pradesh made an amendment in July 2018 to the Land Acquisition Act exempting any land intended to be acquired for affordable housing from social impact assessment and consent. Please advise if we can contest this amendment and stop Govt of Andhra Pradesh from acquiring my land. Please advise.

A. Dear Sir,
Every citizen has constitutional right to approach High Court challenging such amendments if infringes the right to property of a citizen.

How can i solve my problem. I paid brokerage of 15000 to a broker but the flat we had decided he didn't provide it to us on the date promised and asked to wait for one month.I was in hurry so i asked him to give our brokerage back He said he will give it back next month's initial days but it has been 3 months he only paid 11000 till date and is refusing to pay the remaining amount.What action can be taken against him

A. Dear Sir,
You may get issue a strong legal notice threatening to carry the message in social channels etc and he may be afraid of his reputation in the market and thus may come for settlement.

I had booked a flat by paying a certain amount in April 2019 for purchasing a flat basis fund will be raised by selling out my old flat. A MOU was signed between builder and me stating details of transaction. In the same builder had put a clause that booking will be cancelled if entire amount of flat is not paid by July 31,2019. My old flat could not sold out during this period and hence I asked them to refund back my booking amount as am in urgent need of the same for my daughter's master study in abroad but builder is saying amount will be paid only if their earmarked flat is sold out. Pls adv

I have a 5 biswa land and i have given 3 biswa to property dealer for plotting @16 lakhs he made road of 20X50 and rest he sale the property @32 lakhs in small plots. Now two biswa land i want to sell himself using the road he made but he is not abling to do this. he has no legal documents or any signed document or any cheque to prove that i have sale to him. but he has plotted before me so he is going to close the road which he has made in my plots. what are the legal prospects for that

I have done an agreement before 1 year on my property.the buyer has paid an advance of 2lac and remaing amount in 1 year .now the time is over.i have made many attempt to contact him but could not contact him. What is the legal option pls do reply

A. According to the your terms and conditions of the agreement your will need to send legal notice through lawyer immediately or cancel it

Dear sir, Mujhe ye janna h k husband ki death k baad husband dwara kharida gaya awas-Vikas parishad ka makan bina transfer k kya wife apne ladko se khali karwa sakti h jin ladko ko husband ne phle hi amar-ujala newspaper me gadjet kar bedakhal kar diya tha aur baad me wife ne bhi kara diya h, jo makan abhi tak wife k name transfer nahi ho paya h, kya ye wife ka kanonan adhikar h , kya makan khali karane ka order court kar skta h , n agar yes to isme max kitna time lag skta h.

My mother has already signed the property papers in favour of elder son and registry has already been done afterwards somehow elder son has asked my mother to leave the home and now my mother is living with her younger son and now she willingly wants to change the documents to younger son. Can it be possible the same shop/home can be transfered to younger son

A. Your mother can opt shelter under the senior citizens act, 2007

We have purchased a plot in 2011. That plot was gone under cutting on highway. So the builder who sold us told that we will give you plot at different place. Now it's 8 year complete he is not giving anything .and if give also charging it 3 time s more and want us to pay more money . What should we do they say "what we say do or forgot the money". Plz help we want our money back how to get it back ????

A. Please get a legal notice drafted from a lawyer and thereafter file a case in consumer forum or civil court.
