icon Property - Our land was given for joint venture

Our land was given for joint venture. In return we received a flat. Now we have water issue. We want to keep a separate tank on our car parking and one in terrace. Can we keep a tank in terrace?

A. Dear client,
Your landlord cannot sell your house for which there is no water connection as per law. You should start by sending a legal notice to asking him to to provide you with a water connection and a place for a storage tank within stipulated time, failing which you would have to file a consumer complaint against him.

A. Dear client,
You can fix temporary shade over the open roof for protection from light and rain. However no grill or sliding window can be constructed.
You would need society permission to install pvc roof to protect from birds. No enclosures can be done without society permission.

The reason behind calculating maintenance prices on a square-foot foundation is to ensure a fair distribution of prices among residents.
