My property's Boundary stones have been fixed as per the High Court Orders, But unfortunately the same was destroyed by illegal trespassers. I have 3 court orders pending for execution which are as follows: 1) Tahsildar Court Order for refixation of Boundary stones at my property. 2) AC orders Upholding the Tahsildar Order for refixation of Boundary Stones at my property. 3) DC orders Upholding the Tashildar Order for Refixation of Boundary Stones at my property I had applied as per RTI to the Tahsildar, Malavalli to respond in regards to what actions have been taken to solve this matter and also what is the reason for the delay. As there was no response, i went for the First Appeal to the AC, Mandya. The AC Mandya passed an order stating that the Tahsildar needs to respond in 15 days. Its been over 2.5 months now still there is no response from the Tahsildar! What legal actions can I take further? Kindly Advice!

A. File Contempt Application before AC as Tahsildar had violated the order of AC.

I have made first appeal for my rti queries but they seem to be not serious in answering my queries. They sent me hearing information twice. First time the information reached me after the due date for hearing is over. Again got the due date (8/8/2018)of hearing information letter on 3/8/2018.But according to rti act the information should reach me at least 10 days prior to the due date. Also I had clearly mentioned no hearing required in my appeal. Is it compulsory to personally attend?what next if they fail to give satisfactory answer? Yes ofcourse I can make second appeal. But do they get punished for their indifference in answering queries? Even after second appeal if they don't provide answers to my queries then what next?

A. If you have already appeal before state appellate authority then you have to wait for their order. Yes there is punishment info form of penalty if they making unnecessary delay to provide information under RTI.but if that information might be confidential then they will provide reasons. So make an appeal before state authority.

Sir, in April, 11 students were selected in BEL(PSU) through college placements. Now after 2 months a student is claiming that he got the maximum marks in written exam(for BEL selection) without any proof. His family members are lawyers. He is sending RTI to BEL and college to provide him the marks list. But placement procedure is a confidential thing and they are not giving him any information. Now we 11 selection for BEL got call that if he files a case or PIL our joining letter and joining process will be at halt. Sir, what are the chances that his PIL or case(regarding transparency) will be rejected by the High court. Our future is at stake because of that 1 psycho person. Please suggest us something.

A. Sir, If The selection process have any flaw the BHEL should answer the court.

A. Madam, Yes. You can raise a query under RTI Act about your husband's IT returns, salary details and later after getting them, submit them in the court. Recently, Madhyapradesh High Court passed a judgement saying that it is a wife’s right to know her husband’s salary details: Click the below link for the details: https://www.hindustantimes.com/india-news/wife-has-the-right-to-know-husband-s-salary-details-madhya-pradesh-high-court/story-SYK7pupAnvAxGnHWKuZ1QM.html All the best!
