No, getting personal information of the government employee is not permissible by the court. The Supreme court strictly prohibits it under the Right to Information Act.

You will have to file a suit for partition in civil Court. As legal heirs, you have aright to claim equal shares of the property.

A. Hi,
If the departments are transferring your application for nefarious gains, it is advisable for you to approach the court against the same. You can a write of mandamus in the HC to make the court order them to provide you with the necessary information.
