A. Hi,
If the departments are transferring your application for nefarious gains, it is advisable for you to approach the court against the same. You can a write of mandamus in the HC to make the court order them to provide you with the necessary information.

Gratuity payment
I am going to resign from IDBI Bank Ltd. On completion of 4 years 7 months. Being a banking industry, it practices both 5 and 6 working days culture. Will I be eligible for gratuity on resignation?

A. Hi,
As per the Indian law, you are entitled to receive such gratuity.
According to Section 4 (1) of the Act, gratuity is payable to an employee on the termination of his employment after he has rendered continuous service for not less than five (5) years on his superannuation or on his retirement or resignation or on his death or disablement due to accident or disease.

Such a provision does not exist unfortunately. You will have to make a personal representation to the officer citing your reasons for being unable to go there in person.

A. Private educational institutions need to make a lot of changes in the way they charge fees. Although many educational institutions in the state center have made many changes, they can complain to the educational institutions if they are completely against this policy, which is against the existing system.& Complaint to educational superior officers

Sir, i applied for ALP in RRB GKP against Advt No. CEN 01/2018. I cleared CBT-1 & CBT-2 then qualified for Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT) but according to RRB i disqualified in CBAT by 0.2 Marks.

A. Hi,
If an applicant is not satisfied with the reply or the reply is incorrect or if the application is rejected, the Act provides a provision for filing an appeal. File a civil money recovery suit against the accused to recover the remaining sum. If the police are unresponsive, you can file a writ petition in High Court and get an order passed against them.

A. Hi,
You father will fall within the creamy layer of OBCs. As such, you cannot apply for an OBC non-creamy layer certificate. However, even as a member of the creamy layer, you are entitled to several benefits due to your OBC category.
