You have to lodge complaint before different forums like Police department and licensing authority in respect of conduct of money lending business so that you can teach lesson to that finance company or individual person.
2 wheeler purchaser not transferring RC to his name
I sold my 2 wheeler to a person around 5 months back. The purchaser agreed to do all teh documentation work by himself and hence I gave me the orginal RC and signed Form 29(vehicle ownership transfer)

You do not need to pay the charges that they are asking as you never asked for the any service. You should write to the higher authorities of the website expressing your concerns. If they do not revert back, you can ignore the payment mails.

It is advised that you try reaching out to the customer care for the cancellation of the order, but it is likely that they might not resolve your problems, hence you may have to approach the consumer forum according to your monetary limit of exchange and file a consumer complaint. Alternatively if you haven't paid any money to the company, you may set-aside buying what you order from it since Flipkart is involved in multiple controversial scam and it could break your trust again.
