The registration of an NGO could be done in many ways
Firstly as a Society under Societies Registration Act.
Secondly as a Company under Company Registration Act.
Thirdly as a Trust under Registration Act
Now the Best and easiest way is Trust under Registration Act.
The fees for Society Registration varies according to different States and even now registration of Company is online.
I personally would prefer to get it registered as Trust.

Dear Client, Consult a property lawyer. Give a legal notice regarding this. If you have no dues then it is nil. But when you are given statement or writing message that I will pay dues then you have to pay for it well. Else give a legal notice. Consult a property lawyer near you.
