A. Dear Client,
If your company is a private firm and they do not have any issues in letting you pursue your studies along with the job then its absolutely fine for you to go ahead with this and I don't see any problem anywhere. Had you been with a public sector undertaking then the story would have been diffrent.

It is a bogus company and unnecessarily giving assignments which is impossible. You may just neglect their mails and they cannot do anything against you.

A. Dear Client,
First you have to make clear whether the company is genuine or not which can be checked on Ministry of Corporate Affairs website through its registration number. In case, the company is fake you can file an FIR against that company. Because a genuine company understand the condition of employee and do not take lump sum amount as fine from employee. In case you served with a legal notice check the background of a lawyer as there are chances of fraud.

A. Hi,
If you work in a private clinic, you have no restrictions on practising in other professions. However, there is no barrier if you work part-time, but if you work full-time at a government clinic, there would be an issue with being affiliated with other activities at the same time.

A. Hi,
No, you cannot hold a second position while employed by the Government. The bank can terminate your services if they find out.
If you wish to join your husband as a director of the company, you will need to first resign from your bank posting.
The consequences depend on the gravity of the offence, they can range from fines to imprisonment.

A. Hello.
As per the Prohibitive covenant of the Rules for Tier 4 of UK Visa, working for a company where you hold a statutory role, such as director is Prohibited. Basically, you cannot engage in any kind of business activity.
