Hi I have a small space in my house where I conduct art/craft hobby classes for children. Do I need a license for that? Or does it have to be registered?

It's not necessarily....any registration & license.........you can run your small institution easily......whenever can you improve your institution...then you will think license, registration your institution and you will get more income ....you may filing income tax returns......present it's not necessary in starting time....because of you haven't more students......Be happy

A. You can do two things
1. Provide self attested copy [which is acceptable all over]
2. Provide a copy attested by the SDM [I don't think this will be required]
Also, do enquire why do they need such certificate for a job.

A. Usually when the reject a Visa you come to know why it has been rejected. Did you mention about the cheque bounce case in your application? if yes then it could be reason.
