I am Hari Kishan From Panipat Haryana, I am 3rd Year (6th Last Sem.) law student in Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut, UP and i want to become a judge and i also want to do internship under Distt. Court. I??? If yes, so how? and where????

A. Best option is prepare for judicial service as early as possible and look for law clerk in supreme court and high court

A. Dear Sir,
It may not be possible to undergo such internship unless High Court gives permission. Approach the High Court through your Principal.

A. Unlike the usual internship done under an Advocate who you can approach personally and request for internship, in case of internship under a sitting Judge you will have to seek formally by asking your college to send a letter to the Court Officer/ Judicial Officer or Registrar. Let your college send a request to the court and judge with whom you would like to do internship and if allowed then you can proceed further.
And for becoming a judge you will have to clear the Judiciary exam of a state once you have gotten your LL.B. degree.
