Party 1 is the person applying for the mediation and party 2 is the other or opposite side with whom the mediation is to be done.
1. Party 1 applies for the mediation.
2. Party 2 is notified formally for mediation.
3. Both parties join the mediation meeting with the mediator.
4. Joint Mediated Settlement Agreement is signed by both parties.
