Our handwriting is the first thing that comes to the notice even at the time of our signature. There are of course in-numerous instances where a good handwriting is appreciated over others…... During childhood days parents and teachers lay some emphasis on handwriting as they need to be legible to fetch marks and that of course carried some marks as well…… It has always been a matter of high pride for a person whose handwriting is beautiful… At times when writing on a gift card or making a gift which requires a beautiful handwriting or is a piece of handwritten work, in order to add elegance to the gift the persons with good handwriting are preferred over those who are clumsy…. But none ever thought about the person whose handwriting was not so beautiful….. What was the reason behind the same? The reason behind their handwriting not being beautiful is not because they have the habit of messing with the words or were not in love with what they want to write or they do it purposely so that others may not be able to read them….(some exceptions are also there) Our mind is the controller of all our actions and deeds….. Our different organs in the body are just re flexing according to the directions given to them by the brain…. So this is also the case of the people with bad handwriting or a messy one…. At the time of writing their brain is running very fast ( than at normal times) and the hands in order to catch the instructions as received from the brain and to cope up with them tries to write all that what is being instructed by the brain as per the dictation received because they have a tendency to write all that down without missing…… Since the instructions from the brain is fast and the hands in order to meet the same are working fast as well ending up in what we generally call it as Bad Handwriting and on top of it also give finger cramps and swelling up of fingers as well and in some cases breaking of the pen… Generally people with bad handwriting take more time in finishing their work and at time’s they aren't able to complete the task which has generally been seen in students at the time of examination……...as because their brain is dictating and directing faster than their hands could re-produce (the hands only write that down which is instructed by the brain)....... People who have less control over their thoughts end up in a bad handwork or handwritten document as compared to the ones who can exercise more control i.e. can calm the brain to dictate as per the speed of the hand will have a beautiful piece of handwritten work produced. The places where bad handwriting are very often seen are at the time of making a police complaint i.e. at the time of writing the FARD BEYAN. At that time the mind of the complainant/informant is working so hay wires and is so involved in the accident that it doesn’t want to miss out a single detail while writing the complaint as because the mind is aware that it is the base document on which the entire further proceeding will depend massively and thus the ultimate result is a bad handwriting BUT NOT MISSING OF ANY PIECE OF INFORMATION. Some other places of bad handwriting that can be seen are the charge sheet where the police officers have to mention the details in relation to the accident and their findings also. The submission of the charge sheet will ultimately help the Court/Judiciary to pronounce the name of the offender and award appropriate judgment. In the LAW EXAMINATIONS where the students have to write a lot as compared to the marks allotted for the question and given the limited time frame to answer they think very fast and in relation to a single question they do not want to leave any stone un-turned because that will lead them to get less marks. So they think too fast and a lot of things go through their mind at one point of time and that is the main reason that they have bad handwriting. It has generally been observed that students who try to write with a good handwriting generally ARE NOT ABLE TO COMPLETE THE PAPER. A student with a good handwriting and who is able to complete the paper with that speed is an EXCEPTION but the same is not in conformity with the large mass of the students. People with bad handwriting should not be discarded but rather should be given equality like those with good handwriting.

Get a good lawyer, explain the same to her/him and specifically deny your signature and also narrate the situation under which she got the cheque into her hands. And you should at least write a letter to Police ( if you cannot personally do it ) about loss of your cheque leaf. Then appear in teh case, take bail and defend the case well.
