Demolition of Babri Mosque and the Ram Mandir the Main Issue of 1991 and the reason behind the political rally turning into the riots. Why is it controversial? What are the reasons that are responsible for the Ram Mandir? It is a battle between Hindu and Muslim. Well, we have to go to the past to understand the depth of the controversy. The place name is Ayodhya, the birthplace of Lord Rama, Hindu consider as the heaven of the India because it is a birth place of Lord Rama, along with Lord Rama, it is also a birthplace of his three brothers Bharath, Laxman, and Shatrughan. The main controversy started when the Brahmins claimed that the place where the Babri Mosque is built it is the place where Lord Rama was born. The Babri Mosque was built by one of the followers of the Babur in 1528 after destroying the Ram Mandir. Disputes started from 1850 when the people started for the demolition of the mosque, the matter was not at all entertained because the colonial rule was there. 1980 was the year which can be said as the year of change when the Bhartiya Janta Party was formed, the Vishwa Hindu Parishad launched the new movement for the reclamation of the site to build the temple of Lord Rama. The Babri Mosque was destroyed during a political rally that turned into a riot on 6 December 1992. Political Leaders like Murli Manohar Joshi, Lal Krishna Advani, and Uma Bharti were involved in it. A successive land title case was lodged in the High Court of the Allahabad, the verdict of which was marked on 30 September 2010. In the landmark hearing, the three judges of The Allahabad High Court directed that the 2.77 acres of Ayodhya land be divided into 3 parts, with 1/3 going to the Ram Lalla or Infant Rama represented by the Hindu Mahasabha for the construction of the Ram temple, 1/3 going to the Islamic Sunni Waqf board and the remaining 1/3 going to a Hindu religious value Nirmohi Akhara. Well, it was all past, now why I am talking about Ram Mandir as earlier the decision was passed by the court regarding this, the reason behind this is Bhartiya Janta Party is back in power after 17 years and they chose Shri Yogi Adityanath as the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh. Yogi Adityanath believes in Hinduism. The reason why BJP came into the power in 1991 was Ram Mandir only. Leaders of the party and Sangh promised that they would demolish Babri Mosque and build Ram Mandir. In country religion is prior all other necessities, rather than believing in a person, people believe in god. And the Supreme Court is looking into the matter they directed both the parties to the outside settlement for the negotiation because the matter is sensitive. If the judgment is given in the favor of one party then it will lead to turmoil. As the sentiments of both the Hindu and Muslim are to be considered. India is a secular country. All the religions live here. Many languages are spoken; festivals are celebrated so the Supreme Court will give all the religious views should be kept in the mind and decision. What will be the effect on the Ayodhya if Ram Mandir is built? There will be riots. Hindu and Muslims will fight for their religious views. Every religion wants their place of prayer where they can worship their god. Just like there were riots in 1991, 2000 peoples were killed there can be the same scene but the loss can be more. As the words of Yogi Adityanath and the Hindu followers are that the Ram Mandir will be there and we will celebrate the victory of Ram Mandir. Well the BJP government that is a part of NDA government is ruling in central and now also in power in Uttar Pradesh, it is the biggest state in the country and a key to win Loksabha elections that are going to be held on 2019, the party leaders will focus on the issue if they will take the decision in the favour of Hindu so the minority group will be against the party and if they took against the Hindu the majority of the population will be against the party. So the decision will be fair and the favor of the both the groups. According to my research work, Supreme Court and the party will take the decision in the favour of both the groups. There will be Ram Mandir also and Mosque too. The land which was allotted for the temple there will be a temple and the land which was allotted to the Sunni Waqf board there will be the mosque. In the same place, both the religions can worship their own god.

question markPower of Attorney 1 Response(s)
Dear Client, A GPA holder/constituted Attorney is given a limited power which the principal agrees upon and it does not confer any title or interest in the immovable property of the Principal. The validity of Power of Attorney extinguishes with the death of the principal or the GPA holder. After the Death of the GPA holder that Power of Attorney became inoperative and revoked automatically forever. Besides that even when the GPA holder remains alive, the Owner/Principal always can exercise his/her right to transfer the property in a Registered manner. In the case of a Joint GPA holder, if one attorney dies, the POA becomes infructuous and requires the execution of a fresh GPA by the principal for the surviving attorney. A GPA holder is not authorized to sell the property on behalf of the owner, even if the GPA is registered with the Sub-Regestrar office. A GPA can be revoked at any time even if it is made irrevocable. Moreover, it lapses on the death of the Principal/Grantor. The law does not recognize any irrevocable power unless coupled with an interest. On June 6, 2023, the Supreme Court of India delivered a landmark judgment in the case of Ghanshyam v. Yogendra Rathi on the scope and validity of power of attorney (POA) documents. The Court held that a POA or a Will cannot be recognized as title documents or documents conferring any right in any immovable property. This judgment is significant because it clarifies the legal status of power of attorney documents and its role in the transfer of immovable property. It also puts an end to the common practice of people buying and selling immovable property on the basis of POA documents alone.
