Partition suit

I have filed a civil suit in October 2018 but still now it doesn't disposed I want to know the how many stages are there in partition suit case and when my case will be disposed by the court.

A.You have not mentioned the actual position of suit and what is status of suit and if you want to decide your suit expeditiously then you brings all requisites papers i.e. complete order sheet, memo of suit and statement if any application 6C and other from the lower court and filed petition before the Hon'ble High Court for expedite the said suit and the Hon'ble High Court may fixed the time for disposal of said suit within stipulated time limit as fixed.

A.Hi,
1. Defendant/s need to file written statement. The same may refer for mediation.
2. If any applications pending the same need to objected and argued.
3. Plaintiff evidence, cross evidence
4. Defendant/s evidence, cross evidence
5 Final argument
Those are the step involved.
