Paytm Account Blocked Paytm Account Blocked

Actually My Paytm account ) was blocked by Gujarat cyber cell on 18 Feb 2023 due to payment of ₹7000/ counted as fraud. Your company's helpline provided me complaint number and Somehow I resolved that matter and got a pdf of closed that complaint I'd by talking to the user who made the payment of ₹7000/ wrongly in my account on 16 may 2023 as your company's executive said ... And on the same day without any delay , Kolkata cyber police blocked my account as some fraudulent activity and ( without logging in or any transaction within these months ?? ) But the main thing is your helpline not providing me complaint number and also Paytm cyber cell team don't know complaint number and they are just copy pasting same message for Kolkata complaint issue from last 1 month and not providing me any complaint number or acknowledgement number . They are just telling me to contact Kolkata cyber police and when I contacted them , they are saying that how will they know my issue without any complaint number ( this means no complaint is made and my bank account is blocked without any reason) and when I told the case no. Of mine which Paytm provided me . Kolkata cyber cell said this case is not connected with my bank account and also not with my name .... I am also attaching the screenshot of proofs... Kindly help me in this case.. I am user of paytm since long time and had never faced this type of issue.
