To get rid of the frivolous hacker To get rid of the frivolous hacker

Hi sir / mam

I want to have an assistance from u, the thing is there's an individual (as its contextual m providing this) who was part of some singing reality show "the voice" Back in 2016 and reached to top 16(i guess) , she alongside her brother hacked my phone and since then trying to annoy, impede my screen activities, blackmail, spy, track, troll, block my activities and the list could go on for a while.

1. I want basically through cyber crime assistance - get the electronic evidence (of their frivolous mischiefs) for the future case filing also,

2. As its imperative & relevant enough that the primary inquiry such as digging to phone proofs be done under some watch or supervision of higher office holder or supreme ranked personal
So, how could it be done going by the law and pls don't mind me saying this, (as I went through some disappointing responses- )I wish & expect the unbiased response from ur end, hope u could understand what I meant seeing the context

Tia
Yours faithfully

A.Dear client,

The current case involves hacking which is under the scope of cyber crime. Firstly, you will be required to file a complaint to the helpline 1930 or you can register your complaint in https://cybercrime.gov.in/

The person responsible for hacking would be liable for fine and punishment as per Section 66 of the Information technology Act, 2000.

Thank you
