A.Dear Client
It is genuinely suggested that you should be careful when you are talking to someone in scenario's like this and avoid using the cuss words. Nevertheless if the call has not been recorded then the caller may not be able to prove that you have abused her and hopefully she would not be able to file any criminal complaint against you.

A.Dear sir,
You need not worry and she cannot file any case because she has not having legal right to approach either you or your father. She has done a blunder mistake by up loading your father's picture without consent.

A.Dear Client,
According to Section 354 of Indian Penal Code (IPC), the usage of any abusive language to a woman, with an intent to outrage her modesty, constituting an assault or use of criminal force, amounts to a criminal offense and is punishable with imprisonment of up to two years, or with fine, or with both. Further, Section 509 of IPC also provides that words, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman, are punishable with imprisonment up to one year or with fine, or with both. If required, you can consult an advocate for advice and assistance in the matter.
Hope it helps.
Thank you.
